Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Accountability.ai, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.

2. The AgDR Standard and Services

Accountability.ai publishes and maintains the AgDR (AI Decision Record) open governance standard — a specification for tamper-evident, cryptographically signed records of AI decisions. The platform provides the AgDR specification, technical documentation, SDK guidance, sandbox tooling, and supporting resources. All specification content is released under the CC0 1.0 Universal or Apache 2.0 licence (your choice). We do not aggregate or republish third-party news articles.

3. Use of the Standard and Documentation

The AgDR specification, documentation, code samples, and sandbox tools are provided for implementation and governance purposes. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice. Organisations implementing AgDR are responsible for ensuring their deployments comply with applicable law in their jurisdiction. Users should conduct their own due diligence before relying on any information contained herein.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt our services. Posting spam, malicious code or other harmful material is strictly prohibited.

5. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice. We may also update these terms and will post the updated version on this page.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
