Accountability.ai and the Genesis Glass Foundation (Fondation Genèse Cristal) operate on a fundamental principle of data minimization and local sovereignty. We do not track, profile, or monetize visitors to our documentation or users of our open-source tools. This policy outlines our commitment to Canadian privacy standards (PIPEDA, Ontario legislation) and global frameworks (GDPR).

2. Zero Cookies and Zero Analytical Tracking

Accountability.ai is completely cookie-free and tracking-free:

No Tracking Cookies: We do not set persistent or session cookies on your device.
No Third-Party Analytics: We do not embed Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party behavioral tracking JavaScript scripts on our website.
No User Profiling: We do not record or build behavioral profiles of visitors browsing our documentation or specifications.

3. Zero Data Retention Architecture

The AgDR (Atomic Governance Decision Record) framework and AKI (`agdr-aki`) zero-allocation runtime execute entirely within client environments. When organizations integrate our open-source libraries or run test queries in client-side sandbox environments:

All cryptographic hashing, Coherence Scoring, and PPP sealing occur strictly in local client memory.
Accountability.ai does not collect, receive, log, or retain raw decision prompts, AI outputs, or enterprise telemetry.
There are no central databases or cloud repositories retaining client execution logs.

4. Ephemeral Web Server Logs

To ensure system security, guard against DDoS attacks, and verify baseline server operational health, our web infrastructure retains standard network connection logs (IP address, user-agent string, page URL, and timestamp). These logs are unlinked to any personal identity, are processed solely for technical security maintenance, and are automatically purged on a rolling schedule.

5. Direct Communications

If you choose to contact us directly via email (founding@accountability.ai), we use your email address solely to respond to your inquiry. We never share, rent, or sell contact information to third parties, nor do we add email addresses to automated marketing lists without explicit consent.
