Captures explicit compliance intent and fiduciary alignment at inference instant. Maps to signature requirements under historical commercial law and modern CBCA s.122 duty of care obligations.
By defining Provenance, Place, and Purpose before an inference begins, AgDR ensures the resulting decision record is not a post-hoc reconstruction.
