`n EU AI Act Compliance Mapping | AgDR v1.8 Standard
EU Regulation 2024/1689

EU AI Act Mapping.

Navigating the world’s first comprehensive AI law. AgDR v1.8 provides the technical evidence required to satisfy the mandatory transparency and record-keeping obligations for High-Risk systems.

High-Risk Obligations (Title III)

For providers of High-Risk AI systems, compliance is not optional. AgDR directly fulfills the following articles through its Atomic Kernel Inference architecture.

Article 12: Record-Keeping

Requirement AgDR Fulfilment
Automatic logging of events throughout system lifecycle. AKI captures 100% of inferences with zero manual logging gaps.
Monitoring for serious incidents and modifications. Merkle chain continuity provides a tamper-evident audit trail of system state.
Log integrity and durability. BLAKE3 cryptographic signatures exceed standard database "integrity" tests.

Article 14: Human Oversight

Requirement AgDR Fulfilment
Effective oversight by natural persons. The Fiduciary Office Intervener (FOI) serves as the terminal human node.
Ability to override or reverse system outputs. The Human Delta Chain records every manual intervention with proof of rationale.
"Halt" functionality during operation. Mandatory escalation protocols within the AgDR schema allow for immediate terminal halts.

Article 13: Transparency

Requirement AgDR Fulfilment
Interpretable outputs for deployers. The Reasoning Trace provides a step-by-step logic log for every decision.
Disclosure of system purpose and boundaries. The PPP Triplet (Purpose, Place, Provenance) is hard-coded into every record.
LEGAL NOTICE: This mapping is provided for technical information purposes and illustrates how AgDR v1.8 aligns with the EU AI Act. It does not constitute legal advice. Organizations must consult with qualified legal counsel regarding Article 16 obligations (CE Marking) and Article 43 conformity assessments.
