1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Accountability.ai, its specifications, or affiliated sandbox infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these terms. Accountability.ai is an initiative stewarded by the Genesis Glass Foundation (Fondation Genèse Cristal), a federally incorporated non-profit organization in Canada (Corporation No. 1779509-2). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our site, sandbox tools, or specifications.

2. The AgDR Standard and Services

Accountability.ai publishes, stewards, and maintains the AgDR (Atomic Governance Decision Record) open standard: a specification for tamper-evident, cryptographically signed records of autonomous AI decisions. The platform provides the AgDR specification, technical documentation, SDK integration guidance (`agdr-aki`), execution runtime benchmarks, sandbox tooling, and supporting open-source resources. All specification text and reference codebase implementations are released under the CC0 1.0 Universal or Apache License 2.0 (at your option). We do not aggregate or republish third-party news articles.

3. Use of the Standard and Documentation

The AgDR specification, technical documentation, code samples, and interactive sandbox tools are provided strictly for research, development, implementation, and governance evaluation purposes. Nothing on this site constitutes formal legal, fiduciary, financial, or regulatory compliance advice. Organizations implementing the AgDR standard or AKI runtime are solely responsible for ensuring that their specific deployments comply with applicable statutory laws, industry regulations, and evidence rules in their respective jurisdictions.

4. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

While the underlying AgDR specifications, schematics, and open-source software libraries are made available under royalty-free open licenses (CC0 1.0 Universal / Apache 2.0), the names "Accountability.ai", "Genesis Glass Foundation", "Fondation Genèse Cristal", "AgDR", "AKI", "Atomic Kernel Inference", and associated brand logos or mark designs are trademarks of the Genesis Glass Foundation. Nothing in these terms or open-source licenses grants you any right, title, or license to use our trademarks for commercial endorsement, certification claims, or marketing without prior written permission from the foundation.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THE WEBSITE, SPECIFICATIONS, CODE SAMPLES, SDK GUIDANCE, AND SANDBOX TOOLS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ACCOUNTABILITY.AI, THE GENESIS GLASS FOUNDATION, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRIBUTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SPECIFICATIONS, SOFTWARE, OR WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Accountability.ai, the Genesis Glass Foundation, and its directors, officers, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your deployment, implementation, or commercial redistribution of systems built upon the AgDR specification or AKI codebase.

7. User Conduct and Sandbox Usage

You agree not to misuse the website, APIs, or sandbox tools, nor attempt to disrupt our infrastructure or bypass security controls. Transmitting malicious code, spam, unencrypted sensitive personal health/financial data into public sandbox endpoints, or attempting unauthorized access to foundation servers is strictly prohibited.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services, documentation endpoints, or sandbox environments at any time without prior notice. We may update these terms periodically and will post the revised version directly on this page with an updated revision date.

9. Governing Law

These terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
